We found that Radius Manager worked well as a start-up program but lacked many automated features and billing integration. As the business grew Radius Manager became more difficult to use and didn't have the flexibility to meet our customer's needs.
We choose Splynx for a number of reasons but one of the main reasons was to integrate the billing and customer management into one system. There are a lot of useful features such as scheduling tasks for installers and technicians via the mobile app, follow-up reminders, lead creation and one of my favorites is the customer portal where customer can pay their accounts and view their data usage.
