How does Splynx pricing compare with VISP?

VISP publishes its prices on its website: "0 to 3000 Subscribers $1.30 Per subscriber/month" and "$250 minimum billing includes the first 192 subscribers" (checked October 2026). Splynx costs $255 per month for up to 400 active subscribers ($220 license + $35 maintenance fee, which includes Splynx cloud hosting); the license grows in steps of 100 subscribers, and paying yearly takes 10% off the license. Which features are included in the Splynx license, and which add-ons are paid?

All Splynx features are included in the license; there are no paid feature modules. That covers billing and payments, CRM, ticketing, scheduling and field service, inventory, network management with IP address management, maps, network monitoring, the customer portal, the API and the mobile apps. Paid add-ons are accounting add-ons, Huawei OLT GPON, the ACS server (TR-069) and Whalebone Peacemaker. Details and prices are on the pricing page.

Does Splynx have mobile apps?

Yes. Three apps for Android and iOS work with Splynx: MyISP App for your customers, Splynx Field Service for technicians, and Splynx CommsApp for support agents, who handle tickets and WhatsApp chats from their phone.

Does Splynx support AI and MCP?

Yes. Splynx 6.0 introduced Splynx AI, which brings AI-assisted text actions and similar-ticket suggestions to support workflows, and the Splynx MCP Server, which allows AI assistants to securely access Splynx data through the Model Context Protocol. Both are included in the license.

Can I host Splynx on my own server?

Yes. By default Splynx runs on Splynx cloud hosting, which is included in the license. You can also host Splynx on your own server: the support team handles software issues, while the server itself is your responsibility. See the cloud and on-premise server policy.
