INTEGRATIONS

Built for South African ISP operations

Splynx integrates natively with the platforms South African ISPs rely on: Netcash (Pay Now + Debit Orders) for payment collection, FNB Bank Reconciliation for auto-matching payments to invoices, and Sage Business Cloud, Xero, and QuickBooks for accounting sync. For network performance, Splynx connects with LibreQoS, Bequant, and Preseem for traffic shaping, plus Whalebone for DNS-layer security.

FEATURE HIGHLIGHTS

Explore Splynx capabilities

A closer look at what South African ISPs use in Splynx every day.

RADIUS that works with your equipment

FreeRADIUS ships bundled and pre-configured with Splynx: PPPoE, IPoE, MAC authentication and IPv6 delegation work with RADIUS-compatible hardware from any vendor. When an invoice goes unpaid, the customer can be blocked automatically and redirected to a page where they can pay.

Configure every CPE from your desk

With the TR-069 ACS add-on, Splynx provisions a new router on its first connection, upgrades firmware on selected devices in one action, and lets subscribers reboot their own router from the portal. Fibre ISPs running Huawei OLTs can manage ONTs with the Huawei GPON add-on.

Payments South African customers already use

Splynx integrates with Netcash for Pay Now and debit orders and with FNB bank reconciliation, which matches incoming payments to invoices, and syncs with Sage, Xero and QuickBooks. When a customer falls behind, they can be blocked automatically and redirected to a page where they can pay.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before switching from SolidiTech SOLID.

How does Splynx pricing compare with SOLIDitech?

SOLIDitech publishes its prices on its website: "SOLID SILVER ZAR 37,500 PER MONTH EXCL. VAT" (up to 5,000 contracts) and "SOLID GOLD ZAR 46,900 PER MONTH EXCL. VAT" (unlimited); "SOLID implementation project costs can vary from ZAR 500 000 to over ZAR 20 million" (checked October 2026). Splynx costs $255 per month for up to 400 active subscribers ($220 license + $35 maintenance fee, which includes Splynx cloud hosting); the license grows in steps of 100 subscribers, and paying yearly takes 10% off the license. Pricing units differ (SOLIDitech sells a flat monthly licence in rand plus an implementation project; Splynx prices in US dollars by active subscribers, with deployment and migration assistance included), so compare the total for your subscriber count and the features you need in the Splynx pricing calculator.

Can I migrate from SOLIDitech to Splynx?

Yes. Splynx imports data from CSV and Excel files and directly from several billing platforms, and the Splynx team can also migrate data via API or scripts. Deployment and migration assistance is included in the license, with a deployment manager to plan the move. See how migration to Splynx works.

Is Splynx used by South African ISPs?

Yes. More than 350 South African ISPs use Splynx. It is hosted in Teraco data centres with JINX and CINX peering, the support team works from Cape Town and Johannesburg with an average first response under 12 minutes during SAST business hours, and Splynx integrates with Netcash (Pay Now and debit orders) and FNB for bank reconciliation. See Splynx for South African ISPs.

Which features are included in the Splynx license, and which add-ons are paid?

All Splynx features are included in the license; there are no paid feature modules. That covers billing and payments, CRM, ticketing, scheduling and field service, inventory, network management with IP address management, maps, network monitoring, the customer portal, the API and the mobile apps. Paid add-ons are accounting add-ons, Huawei OLT GPON, the ACS server (TR-069) and Whalebone Peacemaker. Details and prices are on the pricing page.

Does Splynx have mobile apps?

Yes. Three apps for Android and iOS work with Splynx: MyISP App for your customers, Splynx Field Service for technicians, and Splynx CommsApp for support agents, who handle tickets and WhatsApp chats from their phone.

Does Splynx support AI and MCP?

Yes. Splynx 6.0 introduced Splynx AI, which brings AI-assisted text actions and similar-ticket suggestions to support workflows, and the Splynx MCP Server, which allows AI assistants to securely access Splynx data through the Model Context Protocol. Both are included in the license.

Can I host Splynx on my own server?

Yes. By default Splynx runs on Splynx cloud hosting, which is included in the license. You can also host Splynx on your own server: the support team handles software issues, while the server itself is your responsibility. See the cloud and on-premise server policy.

Does Splynx offer a free trial?

Yes - a 15-day free trial with access to full features. No credit card, no setup fee.
