Splynx Wins 2026 WISPA Product of the Year Award

Splynx has won the 2026 Product of the Year award from the Wireless Internet Service Providers Association (WISPA). The award was presented on November 2, the first day of WISPAPALOOZA 2026, WISPA’s annual convention at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Heather Lombard, Client Relationship Manager, and Anna Bilash, Account Manager, accepted it on behalf of the Splynx team.

A second WISPA award in two years

Last year, Splynx was named WISPA’s 2025 Service of the Year. This year the award goes to the product itself: the platform broadband businesses use to run billing, CRM, support, field service, inventory and their network in one place.

What changed in Splynx this year

Splynx 6.0 brought, among other things:

• a redesigned customer sign-up flow: step-by-step registration with configurable fields and tariff and package selection;
• eSignature for contracts and quotes, now with real digital certificates, compliant with the eSign Act and eIDAS;
• KML/KMZ import and export on the network map, so you can overlay coverage areas and fiber routes;
• Splynx AI in support, with AI-assisted text actions and similar-ticket suggestions, and the Splynx MCP Server, which gives AI assistants secure access to your Splynx data.
