Security update: critical PHP vulnerabilities patched in Splynx

Critical vulnerabilities were recently found in PHP. When the official PHP fixes came out, we released a security update for Splynx and installed it on the servers we manage.

Splynx Cloud All servers are updated. You don’t need to do anything.

On-premises installations on Ubuntu 24.04 We’ve installed the fix on every server our team has access to. If we don’t have access to yours, please make sure it runs PHP 8.3.36 or later.

On-premises installations on older Ubuntu versions We’ve added temporary protection, but it is not a permanent fix. Please contact us as soon as possible to schedule an upgrade to Ubuntu 24.04.

Need help? If you’re not sure which case applies to you, write to support@splynx.com and we’ll check your installation.
