Problem
Radius Manager (DMA) is very basic and had not enough functionality.
Why Splynx?
Solution looked professional and had many features we were interested in. Reliable, good interface. Mostly intuitive functions and good documentation. Initially, a good RADIUS was required. Later we looked at the billing and other functions. Very useful to manage all interactions with clients on one platform.
Results from working with us
It has enabled us to ditch 3 separate platforms: Clickatell SMS Portal, Freshdesk Support Portal, and Sagepay Debit order Portal. All our dealings on those platforms can now be done within Splynx, GAME CHANGER! We have automated billing, ability to give clients a portal and graphs etc. AUP and alerts are very good. Better client service, as a result, reduced admin load and easier to troubleshoot issues.
