Problem
We were mostly experimenting on WHMCS, Sonar, and a few other network and CRM systems. Our problems to tackle: 1) One place for everything ISP/Network related 2) Month-to-month billing 3) Client portal and management 4) Front and back end systems.

It can be one full solution with a few fixes for a whole ISP management platform. Our biggest plus was the network and billing. Those two features currently carry our whole business and it is simple to get to, manage and track. Getting in contact with the support team is a breeze and highly responsive, we still have the stuff to do and the team at Splynx is happy to assist in all manners. Between the technical, billing, and support teams, there is plenty of room for assistance, and scheduling a meeting for help has been effective and time-saving.
