The payment collection process shouldn’t take up too much of your time or energy. The same goes for your customers. A quick and easy payment process will improve your customer experience and increase the amount of on-time payments.
Splynx enables you to streamline direct payments by using the direct link for it. This is the simplest way to accept payments made with a credit card or bank account. This feature is available for the following payment system add-ons:
It is convenient and simple for your customer as they no longer need to log in to the customer portal to make a payment.
For example, you can add a payment link to the e-mail with the invoice. The customer is then able to make a payment quickly by clicking on this link. The customers will be redirected to a checkout page where they can process the payment for the invoice.
If a customer has already saved their payment credentials on the Portal they will not need to add any further details when using the direct payment link as these details will be used. If the customer has not saved their payment credentials the option “Save and allow future charge” can be selected on the direct payment form page. This will save the customer’s credit card or bank account details on their Portal.
