Splynx wins “Service of the Year” at WISPAPALOOZA 2025 — plus highlights from WISPA’s annual conference

This week in Las Vegas (October 13–16, 2025), the Splynx team exhibited at WISPAPALOOZA, WISPA’s flagship annual convention. The event brought 2,500+ broadband leaders to the Paris & Horseshoe resorts for four days of strategy sessions, hands-on workshops, and an expo floor where operators and vendors tackled real-world deployment and operations challenges. We showcased Splynx, reconnected with customers, met new partners, and engaged in open conversations about the technologies and policies shaping the next wave of competitive broadband.

Splynx named WISPA’s 2025 Service of the Year

We’re honoured to share that Splynx was awarded Service of the Year at WISPAPALOOZA 2025, with nominees drawn from WISPA member submissions and winners selected by member voting. The awards were presented during the general session on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, in Las Vegas.

As WISPA President & CEO David Zumwalt said, “Millions of Americans depend on us to stay connected.” We’re proud to support that mission by helping hometown ISPs automate billing and operations, so teams can focus on growth.

Thank you!

Huge thanks to our customers, partners, and the WISPA community for the nomination and vote of confidence. This win fuels our roadmap — and reinforces our commitment to building the tools ISPs need to compete and thrive. We’re all working toward the same goal: connecting communities and building a stronger, more competitive broadband future. For the US WISP community and all mankind.

Conversations & takeaways from the floor

Each year, WISPAPALOOZA is more than an event — it’s where real progress happens. It’s all about establishing new connections in person and expanding relationships with people, local heroes, who, through their titanic efforts and hard work every day, shape the broadband industry.

This time, meeting so many of you face-to-face truly showed us what makes this community special: candid feedback, practical ideas, and a shared drive to get things done. We didn’t just listen — we heard you. Those booth demos, hallway chats, and coffee-line conversations are already shaping our roadmap, integrations, and support playbooks.

What’s next for Splynx

At Splynx, we’re not just shipping features; we continuously innovate, support, and expand the platform’s capabilities, empowering broadband providers to thrive. Our modular architecture (with no vendor lock-in), open API, and team of over 40 engineers are actively working on improvements, integrating new solutions that emerge regularly, and ensuring that our customers can offer the best service and experience to their subscribers.

Earlier this year, we released Splynx v.5.1 with unified account management and numerous new features. Splynx v.5.2 is now rolling out, with general availability scheduled for next week. And excited about what is still yet to come.
