Splynx at WISPAMERICA 2025 recap: establishing more connections

This week, WISPAMERICA made a big splash in Oklahoma City for the US WISP community! As our unforgettable four-day experience at WISPA’s annual spring conference just wrapped up and the booth’s already packed up, we would like to thank everyone for joining us at this event in this short recap post.

The WISP industry is fundamentally shifting, driven by growing demand, rapid infrastructure expansion, and the need for proactive measures to address cybersecurity risks and comply with FCC regulations (including BEAD implementations). We’re committed to making WISPs more agile and resilient by providing the battle-tested tools needed to build a profitable, fast-growing business in this new reality.

As WEI Executive Director and WISPA CEO David Zumwalt said during his presentation: “Every American deserves access to the Internet, no matter where they live. WISPs play an integral role in keeping people connected, especially in hard-to-serve areas”. We share this vision fully. At Splynx, we provide all the necessary digital tools and expertise to deliver reliable, resilient, and cutting-edge broadband services.

During these four days, our CEO, Alex Vishnyakov, and Client Relationship Manager, Heather Lombard, had many insightful, face-to-face discussions with our amazing American customers, friends, and partners. Needless to say, nothing beats in-person connections and strengthening relationships beyond the screen. It was an incredible opportunity for us to discuss key legal and regulatory trends, explore the latest fixed wireless and fiber technologies, and show how Splynx can help.

One of the most discussed topics was switching from current ISP billing software. One of our customers, Jeff Hall, kindly shared his own experience. Like many ISPs, Jeff was worried about migration, especially potential billing interruptions and credit card details. But as he shares in this video, the transition was smooth, fast, and hassle-free. Now, everything runs seamlessly!

By the way, recently, we published a big article about switching and data migration, backed by feedback from real customers who have successfully migrated (if you haven’t seen it yet, check it out here).

So, another WISPAMERICA is in the books. We incredibly appreciated reconnecting with familiar faces and establishing new connections in person. Being part of this incredible community is truly an honor.

If you missed WISPAMERICA this time, but are curious about Splynx and how we can help your ISP grow in the competitive US market, let’s talk online.

P.S. Wish we had photos with everyone, but there’s always next time! See you again in Vegas this October!
