Splynx answers the three most frequently asked questions

Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, we’ve been asked many questions about our servers and the work of our team. We want to reassure you that there is nothing to worry about. And here’s why 👇

1. How are we working at the moment?

Splynx has always been a distributed team. Our offices are located in the Czech Republic, South Africa, Ukraine, and Kenya. A part of our development and support teams who dwelled in Ukraine had to relocate to a safer place. Currently, everyone is in place, and all our customers can expect uninterrupted service and support.

2. Where are the Splynx licensing servers hosted?

Finland (Helsinki).

3. Where are the Splynx data backup servers located?

Nuremberg, Germany.
