As I am the CEO of a small ISP
I constantly have to work on various areas within the business. Tickets, tasks,
leads, comments etc are constantly assigned to me for my input. When signing in
to
splynx, I can't see what requires my attention and as a result I lose touch with
what is happening within the business and this sometimes lead to upset clients
and
clients threatening with cancellation.
I can imagine that I am not the only person with this issue. It would make my
life much easier if I were able to customize my Dashboard, which is the very
first screen I see when I log in to Splynx, to show me exactly the things I need
to be monitoring constantly.
Just seeing the number of open tickets is not sufficient for me. I'd like to see
which of those tickets require my attention and are assigned to me, and also be
able to see on the same screen which leads that are assigned to me are in what
lead stages. Having to click around in the system in order to see important info
is costing me time and money.
Some KPI's on the dashboard screen would also be a great addition. E.g. new leads
this week. Converted leads this week. New tickets this week and so on.
The gist of this request:
Design a grid-based dashboard with widgets which I can choose and move around as
I need them. This will save me time, money and improve my customer satisfaction
too.
An added bonus:
Make all of this available in an app.
